  1. All product images, descriptions, and prices are provided for general illustration and are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Actual product color, packaging, or minor design details may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing batch differences, supplier updates, or screen/display variation — this does not constitute a defect.

  3. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of listings but do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

  4. We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or listing error at any time, including after an order has been placed and confirmed.

  5. If a pricing or listing error is identified under Clause 4, we will notify the customer and offer the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund of any amount paid. This is the customer's sole remedy for such errors.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, or restrict access to the Store, for any customer, at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated disputes, or policy violations.

  7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurix Access's total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific order.

  8. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of time, opportunity, or data, arising from use of our products or services.

  9. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet/network outages, government action, or courier/logistics disruptions.

  10. Any dispute arising from an order must first be raised directly with our customer support via aurixaccess@gmail.com and given a reasonable opportunity to be resolved before the customer pursues any other action, including but not limited to payment gateway chargebacks, public complaints, or legal proceedings.

  11. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings, if pursued, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

  12. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time, without prior notice. The version published on our Store at the time of your order shall govern that order. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  13. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
