  1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

  2. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods (e.g., sales, Eid) may take longer to process, without this being considered a breach of service.

  3. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination city/area and courier service availability. These are estimates only, not guarantees.

  4. Aurix Access is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or claim arising from delayed delivery.

  5. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, risk of loss, theft, or damage in transit transfers to the courier and, where applicable, the customer, except where caused directly by our own packaging negligence, which must be proven by the customer with evidence.

  6. We will, as a courtesy, assist in filing a claim with the courier for lost or damaged parcels, but we make no guarantee that such a claim will result in a refund, replacement, or any compensation.

  7. We are not responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier tracking system, even if the customer disputes receiving it, unless evidence of courier error is independently established by the courier itself.

  8. It is solely the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate delivery address and an active, reachable phone number at the time of order.

  9. We are not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, or an unreachable phone number provided by the customer.

  10. Any re-shipping cost caused by address correction requests after dispatch will be charged to the customer.

  11. Shipping charges, where applicable, are clearly stated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, regardless of the outcome of any subsequent dispute or return.

  12. We reserve the right to split a single order into multiple shipments without prior notice, where operationally necessary.

  13. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our Store at the time of your order shall govern that order.
