  1. This website, aurixaccess.store ("the Store"), is owned and operated by Aurix Access, a business based in Pakistan. Aurix Access is not currently registered as a company, partnership, or other formal legal entity with any government authority, and operates as an informal business venture run by its founders.

  2. Any reference to "Aurix Access," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this Store and its policies refers to the individuals operating this business, jointly and severally, unless stated otherwise.

  3. For all queries, complaints, claims, or legal correspondence relating to this Store, the official point of contact is: aurixaccess@gmail.com. Correspondence sent to any other address, social media account, or channel will not be considered official notice to Aurix Access.

Any notice, complaint, or claim relating to an order, product, or service must first be sent in writing to the email address above and a reasonable opportunity given to respond and resolve the matter, before any other action is taken, including but not limited to public complaints, regulatory complaints, payment gateway disputes, or legal proceedings.
